Renaming the article[edit]

While discussing with a newcomer about this article, they said, they didn't know "what Al Jazeera was". There might be many people who have not heard about Al Jazeera. For those who have, they might not be knowing it is Doha-based. So, how about renaming it to "Qatari news company Al Jazeera's Snapchat channel blocked in Saudi Arabia"? (note: it also reminds readers of ongoing Gulf crises)

Renamed; I went with "news network" rather than "news company". --Pi zero (talk) 18:49, 19 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
No issues. Wanted one without redirect. but it is okay. Primary focus is having a good headline.

It occurred to me just after, it would have been well to omit the redirect. But, as you say, not a tragedy. There are lots of redirects from pre-publish renames, one more is a small thing. --Pi zero (talk) 19:17, 19 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Pi zero: I am writing another article. Can you manage two reviews in (less than) six hours?

Confusing statement in fourth paragraph[edit]

At the start, it says "The block was introduced on Sunday", but at the start of the fourth paragraph it says "Al Jazeera was blocked in Saudi Arabia and the UAE in late May" - are we talking about the TV station's broadcast being blocked in those countries? If so, I think a little bit of clarification might be helpful. -- numbermaniac 01:24, 23 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
