The lede is rather long atm. One or two reasonable-lengthed sentences is best, with the first sentence (if there is even more than one) containing the most important info about the focus. --Pi zero (talk) 14:33, 8 October 2013 (UTC)

Changed a bit, added record low because I looked at the data and it is a record low because no single digits or periods of this low for four days. Chunked more info into second paragraph.--LauraHale (talk) 14:38, 8 October 2013 (UTC)
