Comments by reviewer: This goes into a good deal of depth and carves out its own approach, rather than being constrained by the format of the local newspaper article. Regarding the above comment, I am from the UK, and as far as I can tell, the current version looks fairly digestible to a non-UK non-US audience, but if you still disagree, please post in more detail, or unpublish, or be bold.
