It's really unclear to me whether or not there is any confirmation of the incident independent of the BBC report. The non-BBC source (and another non-BBC article I found) credited the BBC's report. This makes me pretty uncomfortable, but the other source is independently written, clearly, with background info not found in the BBC article; and there seems no reasonable doubt that the incident did take place. While allowing this particular case, I don't think it should be taken as precedent for anything else; indeed, I may warrant trouting hereafter.
The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
