This will be a general-purpose bot. I already have a calendar bot for maintaining archives, a standings/sports bot for updating sports tables, but neither of those should be used for things like subst'ing templates, fixing double redirects, and other routine maintenance tasks. This bot runs nightly at about 00:00 GMT.
