About the coordinates

How do I get on the wikinews scoop list? How do I contact a scoop editor? I have a copyright scoop for wikinews. It is hot now, not much later. Send me email <janwikifoto@cameraman.se> or <cameraman@cameraman.se>. I am in Sweden
