@Acagastya: If we have enough articles for a category about the capital, it looks like it can reasonably be called Category:Djibouti City. --Pi zero (talk) 13:04, 1 November 2017 (UTC)

@Pi zero:Okay. But almost anything in the city category will go in this category -- so same would be applicable for Mecca, right?
