It has been seven years since Russia was kicked out of the G8...and I'm noy saying I'm a fortune-teller but we could probably get away with changing the name to G7 by now. --JJLiu112 (talk) 03:15, 17 December 2021 (UTC)

@JJLiu112: Good point. We need to agree on the approach to take. I think we should rename the category to G7 but include a usage note to cover the articles they were published while it was called G8. Perhaps a subcategory called Category:G8 might work? [₂₄Cr][talk] 16:45, 17 December 2021 (UTC)
