Only one article[edit]

@Dr vulpes: There's only one article which could be put in here; three is usually judged the minimum. Heavy Water (talk) 22:31, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

OK, now you're writing another. But even if that's published... Heavy Water (talk) 22:32, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Oops sorry I didn't know we needed three articles for a category. We can delete it and hold off until a third article appears. I only made it in this case because there were categories for the other Supreme Court justices and there was a previous article that she was the focus of that didn't have her tagged. The "rule of three published articles" is, at this point, a decades old convention based on the idea it should be useful for the reader. It has not been formulated into official policy. An empty or near empty category, does not help the reader. Are there some categories we are missing? Most likely yes. If you stumble on a topic, place, or person who has been the subject of more than three articles, you can create the category and compile a list of them and post on the talk page with {{fill this category}}. This will bring it to administrator attention and eventually acted upon. Hope that helps, SVTCobra 22:56, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
