Hmm, terrorism comes from the unequities caused by modern economics, politics and wars.
If a project such as this one goes on, it would help the region, thus reducing the probability of further developement of terrorism in the area.
terrorism is also linked to education, and human rights. By contributing to this project, foreign investors (or countries) will acquire Iraqi's trust and be greeted with friendship and comprehension.
