He or she mentioned an historical event: a palace of China named 'The Old Summer Palace' (Yuanmingyuan Garden) was burnt up by Armies' union of French and UK, in Qing Dynasty. Now, today... paid back ... it's Notre Dame in Paris...

I think: it's not a good news no matter what type of architecture from which country were destroyed. It's a loss of art and the world...

I think that training is necessary to achieve your goals, even if they are non-existant. In such cases, that is working hard to be good at doing nothing.
