There were some minor fact-check problems; but one major one: as best I saw, no-one has actually made a statement about the cause of the collapse. The statement of cause in the article clearly needed to be attributed, and when I looked for who said it, I didn't find anyone. The sources all note that those two problems are common in the area, but there seems to be no official word yet on the cause of this particular collapse.
