[edit]I was watching ABC News 24 at about four thirty / five o'clock this evening my time. At this point Malcolm Turnbull held a press conference announcing that he had spoken to Tony Abbott requesting a leadership ballot – a leadership spill in Australian English. I'll see if I can find a YouTube clip of the press conference.
