@Chandlerjoeyross: Please work on distance-from-source. One gets the impression you're using a news-writing technique that involves copying-and-then-modifying. That doesn't work; to iron the kinks out of this I had to do more than I'd be comfortable doing on a regular basis. There were rather a lot of slightly-over-length verbatim-from-source passages (say, four to six words) occurring in the same context; one of these might even be coincidence, and wouldn't be terribly concerning, so I'd just tweak it to eliminate the problem and scarcely register it, but a bunch of them in a short piece is more concerning. And then there was one distinctly longer passage, which was especially concerning not only because of its length but because it straddled a sentence boundary, including some words at the end of one sentence and more words at the beginning of the next.
There were also some other glitches, of course; see the revision history, as always.
The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
