What makes sense to me there is they got that year wrong and it was late December 2010, which seems to make everything hang together; this whole thing is a muddle, the sources are having trouble with it and I sympathize. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
