Turns out on the Premier League table, the filter by year is only available if... well, I'm not exactly sure, but I think it was because the last time I looked, when the filter suddenly appeared where it had never been before, I'd enabled cookies for the site. Doh.
The hint about the jersey wasn't clear to me for a while. Eventually the teams on that list not mentioned by the Guardian were the only thing I hadn't verified, and I figured it out, or at least figured out a jersey-related way of verifying the info. I was really going beyond the provided sources, though. Please provide links in the Sources section for everything.
The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
