Hoax?[edit]

Sounds like a hoax to me...anyone verify this? DragonFire1024 (Talk to the Dragon) 03:40, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I shouldn't have posted it yesterday ... I am not joking really. --Sandycx (Talk) 15:01, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Andrew Lih's reporting this too. -- Zanimum - (talk) 00:04, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
As stated below I can verify that en.Wikipedia (and at least most of the BBC site) are accesable. Sean Heron - (talk) 08:48, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Original reporting[edit]

What part of this is original reporting? Where are the OR notes? --SVTCobra 21:48, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have no part in the original writing of the article, but I can confirm that (the english language) Wikipedia is now accesable in China (I am in Shanghai just now). I can also confirm that just a few weeks earlier, Wikipedia was only accesable via proxy sites, or such measures. Regards Sean Heron - (talk) 08:45, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Interwiki link[edit]

Please, can somebody insert fr:La Chine réautorise l'accès aux versions non sinophones de Wikipédia in the article ? I translated this more than 6 months ago, but life ... Thanks ! Grimlock (talk) 19:03, 23 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
