Comments by reviewer: The individuals being prosecuted are relegated to a brief listed mention at the start followed by an equally brief mention at the end. The entire article revolves around Continental; I suspect because US coverage will only care about the American household name. Even the categories and wikilinks take stock of the US but not Germany, despite the trial being of more relevance there than anywhere outside of France. That only satisifes one of the POVs, of which there are seven. One company, five individuals, and the prosecution. For the record, its also the one I care about least - I want to know about the people. Each of the individuals is an unusual or contentious target for prosecution. We should say exactly who they are - or trim this back to a brief, which would make me sad. Questions about the above? Ask. If possible, please address the above issues then resubmit the article for another review (by replacing {{tasks}} in the article with {{review}}). This talk page will be updated with subsequent reviews. |

Note to second reviewer
[edit]Bits of my description of the accident, as well as the international law bit, are courced from the crash report. I guess you'll have to trust me; the law bit's from before the table of contents but the rest's buried in there. Blood Red Sandman (Talk) (Contribs) 23:41, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
