'homicide' claim

I think it is inadvisable to go with the minority of sources for using this very strong term. Three out of four avoid the term. The Times mentions 'treat as homicide' in title but does little to substantiate the claim in their text. --SVTCobra 01:11, 25 August 2009 (UTC)

Those are all sources that use other sources. Try to rely on more direct sources when available. Los Angeles Times is more up-to-date than MTV News for instance. --SVTCobra 01:25, 25 August 2009 (UTC)

BTW, at least two of those sources claim to have spoken directly to somebody, so they don't rely on other sources but instead have their own original scoops.
