Well, the photo has geographic tag of Gurgaon (Haryana) which makes that the photo was uploaded when he was in Haryana. Just like on Instagram, I once mentioned that I live in my nearest city's name and then uploaded photos of Sikkim as I went for a tour. But yes, I once uploaded a photo of Garfield (the cat) on the birthday aniversary of the comic strip. Point noted.

I don't know much about the Jat nor why there'd be a quota on their labor. It'd be nice if the article included some backstory and opinions from both sides of the protest.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 108.0.243.62 (talkcontribs)

Adding opinions; that too on this topic will not maintain the neutral point of view. (If you are an Indian, you can understand how controversial it is). They want to be under other backward caste for quota, but the caste is relatively high on the caste's hierarchical scale. Moreover, you can add your opinions on the opinions page.

There also seems a fair point here, though. We can provide information about opinions on both sides — cf. WN:Attribute — and factual background. After all, a general reader isn't necessarily an Indian, and so might not understand, before reading our article, how controversial it is. --Pi zero (talk) 11:13, 6 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

But User:Pi zero, maintaining NPOV in this case is really not easy. Also to add, hierarchically, the caste is...I should not really say, you remember when the article was submitted. The scene here was not good. And it is very close to my college. Connection to the Capital was blocked and we had issues here. Considering my situation, I prefer not to speak. Here, when journalist for Hindustan Times had 'sword-to-his-neck' when he was about to take the photo. A sensitive matter, and also, this time, I am very close to the place where event took place, and I think it would not be a good idea to say so.
And also to this event, Brian Mc added to the facebook post 'Some news from India'.

An individual reporter can be aware of their own difficulty in covering a situation neutrally, of course, and choose to be conservative in their coverage. --Pi zero (talk) 16:24, 9 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
