Comments by reviewer: Before beginning, it looks like the author did not look at examples of published articles on the main page, nor read the style guide in terms of how to cite sources, interwiki links, etc. This is vitally important to be done. That said... Why are images at the very bottom? They also need credit for who took them. The article is written in passive voice. Where is Sofia? The country should be listed and interwiki linked. The first sentence is fundamentally non-neutral. It presents a conclusion but no facts for this. Avoiding using the word American to describe people. People from Panama are also from the Americas. Each sentence should not be a separate paragraph. What is the USDS? It needs to be listed the first time, or wiki linked. Sources need to be properly formatted. Questions about the above? Ask. If possible, please address the above issues then resubmit the article for another review (by replacing {{tasks}} in the article with {{review}}). New information come to light on Monday would still, just about, suffice to make it allowable now, keeping in mind this isn't heavily covered in the msm. On the other hand, the new information come to light turns out to be awfully light since we don't actually have confirmation he flew, only that he was going to fly. I'm allowing it on this occasion, given all these factors, but if the same situation turned up again I'd likely take a dimmer view of it. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
