OR Notes[edit]

This cannot be published without OR notes. Anonymous101 :) 05:46, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No article directly tackles the topic. I used different articles to create the article. Kingjeff (talk) 13:50, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That's not WN:OR, that is just what we do here. I removed the {{Original}} tag. --SVTCobra 22:51, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

How is this not OR. No article deals with this topic. Kingjeff (talk) 02:02, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to vet it with other editors, but everything is gleaned from secondary sources. In my opinion, that precludes it from being OR. --SVTCobra 21:03, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
When I take a look at this paticular article, I think you're might be right. But if you take a look at FIFA and European Union are set to collide#Timeline, each point on the "Timeline" came from a source. But no article listed in the sources section had the concept of a timeine in their article. The "Timeline" section is purely my idea making it OR. So to say, "everything is gleaned from secondary sources," is a wrong assessment of OR. Kingjeff (talk) 00:59, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
