External links were removed because 1) the cartoon link was not operatable 2) the second link had absolutely nothing to do with the article.

I moved the following from the article, I don't know if it should be there in its current state Brian | (Talk) | New Zealand Portal 10:40, 30 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

An Anonymous Danish Translator has translated the following document.

"yep. and we are boycoyted by saudi arabia with all our trade it all started out with a competion about whou could draw muhammed...and most danish people didnt even knew that that was wrong. but even before the drawings was shown...some one at the newpaper jyllandsposten was treathen to there live...by some angry muslims.. and that s like holding a red cloth to a bull...now everyone wanted to draw him, and everytime they talk about the drawings on the news, they show them...just one more time.... i dont really know where i stand in this...coz as you know freedom of speach is on of, if not the most nessesary right for a human being...but in the other way, i want to respect other peoples faith"

Sources

[edit]

I'm looking for a second source. I've checked Xinhua and BBC News so far. They have no coverage as yet. Uncle G 11:29, 30 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

It's also on Haaretz], bottom part of the article. But you'll notice it is by "News Agencies" so you can guess it is the same report. Nothing on Reuters, BBC, VOA or Al Jaazeera. Lots of matches in Google news that seem to be this one report spreading. --Brian McNeil / talk 23:18, 30 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
