I'm inclined to steer away from headline form Topic: sentence; an alternative here would be "Chelsea F.C. sacks Frank Lampard as club's manager", though this would replace the full name of the sport with the arguably less lucid "F.C.". I almost renamed it; but renaming by the reviewer shouldn't be done too casually, and it didn't feel clear-cut enough to justify the intervention. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
