Wording too definitive?

Are we meaning "about the Russian involvement in the last year's election, an election that brought Trump to power."? - Yet nobody (present company included) has edited the article to clarify? Sigh. If I edit it, I can't sight the edit; but perhaps Acagastya will review it.
