I understand the title is in line with what other news agencies are using, but it really fails as part of NPOV and keeping strictly to the news. "513-pound bluefin tuna fetches $177,000 at auction in Japan" or something along those lines would be more appropriate. --SVTCobra 02:38, 6 January 2010 (UTC)

Exchange rate doesn't change in 9 years?

attribute claim

This needs to be attributed to something specific: "this promise—one that is widely supported by the international community." What is the community? The UN? Some maritime organization? --SVTCobra 02:41, 8 January 2010 (UTC)

Due to the fact that the article's sources—among other websites and resources that I have checked—do not appear to specify who the "international community" actually consists of in this context, it may be wise to just remove that passage.
