Comments by reviewer: The third paragraph fails on Wikinews neutrality policy. When presented with opinions or controversial claims, our simple formula is, objectively attribute it to who said it. That makes a neutral statement of fact out of what could have been a biased assertion had we stated the opinion/claim in our own voice. Here, "...are said to involve..." becomes an anonymous accusation, and thus in effect devolves on us, becoming effectively our voice. At this writing, still tolerably fresh. Comment

Reading through the article (which I started to do last night, but was alas distracted from by the problem with the third paragraph), I find I don't understand the last paragraph. It seems a potentially important point, as to why it make sense to file suit solely against Obama; but I don't see what his vowing to close Gitmo has to do with it, especially when following a paragraph about a spokesperson saying DoD is responsible for the humane treatment of the prisoners. I'm starting the source check and hoping there may turn out to be a very simple fix, something I as reviewer can do; but it seems unfortunate I didn't notice this difficulty to include in the first review. --Pi zero (talk) 17:45, 13 March 2014 (UTC)
