Non-English sources make review much more difficult if the reviewer isn't fluent in the source language. In this case, the translation was truthfully quite poor; highlights (or, lowlights) that come to mind are ambientista -> ambientist (not an English word), and denunciado -> denounced (an English word whose possible meanings do not include the meaning intended here, and multiple English Wikinews editors had trouble figuring out the intent).
Note that English Wikinews puts a lot of emphasis on the importance of not writing text that closely resembles a source passage (cf. WN:PILLARS#own, WN:Plagiarism); and translation to a different language does not make close-copying less problematic. A straight translation does not escape the copyright conditions of the original, but adds to those conditions due to the further contributions of the translator. This too makes life interesting for the reviewer.
The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
