Wacky?

How is this "Wackynews"? It is simply educational and technological reform by the Indian government. Increasing the percentage levels to get admitted into the IT industry seems quite normal to me. Not all that funny either. DaGizza (talk) 09:09, 18 December 2009 (UTC)
