I had a lot of trouble with the sentence about the international community. It's a very uncomfortable fit with Wikinews neutrality policy, as it comes across as analysis (which our neutrality policy forbids in our own voice). There is something objective behind it, to do with the UN, but that isn't afaics very well explained in these sources. The paragraph also seemed to be really missing something if the sentence were simply struck; so I tried to find a way that would satisfy all the needs of the situation. I'd rather have a more obviously objective statement about the UN, though.
