This is (due mainly to review delays) on the outer edge of its freshness window. I was concerned that it might have lost freshness sooner because it's part of a rapidly-developing story — but then the latest ceasefire collapsed, which is pretty much the same stuff that's been going on for a while, and I decided the story really isn't rapidly-developing.
Two of these three sources — South China Post and Boston Globe — appear to be partially pay-to-read: so many free per month (or some such), and then you have to pay. Best to avoid sources of this sort, since reviewers will naturally tend to access a lot of articles in a month. Boston Globe said something about ten per month, and I think South China Post might have mentioned two; even ten per month is quite small and can get used up very quickly by a reviewer.
The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
