Comments by reviewer: When I got to the fourth sentence of the lede (which btw implies the lede is uncomfortably long already), and encountered the term "vote of confidence", my immediate reaction was, "Wait, what vote of confidence?" The article doesn't explain this, but from the sources it looks as if the last sentence of the lede is probably very misleading, in that it says Italy was the last etc., when apparently it still is the last etc. That is, the bill hasn't been passed yet, and this was a vote of confidence that relates to it in some strange parliamentary-maneuvering sort of way. Unless of course I've misunderstood, but one way or another something clearly needs to be explained better — probably in both the headline and the lede, and it may (or may not) involve further explanatory details further down in the inverted pyramid. Keeping in mind, the lede already needs to get shorter by shedding some material to later in the article. Questions about the above? Ask.
