Suggestion[edit]

As Port's going to be appearing at the Crown Court on Wednesday, why not wait until then and publish an article covering both appearances? Otherwise on Wednesday we'll have a main-page story about his first court appearance, which will be out of date. By all means complete a review of the article as it stands to save time, but for the sake of a few hours and unnecessary duplication of articles/work, a fuller article about both appearances tomorrow is perhaps preferable. If we produce a subsequent article on this story, and this one is still a lead at the time, in making the later article a lead we would typically displace the pre-existing lead on the same story rather than displacing the oldest lead (as we would more usually do, except for some tendency to let OR stay amongst the leads a bit longer). --Pi zero (talk) 16:48, 20 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It would be best in a perfect world to have three articles by now; one about the charging plus these two presently published. My work schedule prevented me doing that, but I knew I'd be free on Wednesday for an update. BRS (Talk) (Contribs) 01:24, 22 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
