Must go, I leave this article in your hands. Unbelivable development.

How do I change the title?[edit]

There's a typo in the title, how can it be changed? Soapy (talk) 18:44, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Peer review[edit]

I have checked this for copyright, newsworthiness and sourced facts.

I have corrected a couple of typos, removed the 'breaking' banner and I will put the UN statement in the headline in single quotes, which allows me to pass it for style.

That leave just NPOV. It looks ok to me but I would like a second opinion.

I haven't searched for updates, but perhaps someone can post a new story to say if and when the fire was extinguished.

By the way, it needs more categories and wikilinks.

(My review applies to version 752718. And it was unbidden since the article is still tagged {{develop}}.) --InfantGorilla (talk) 22:30, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Headline[edit]

Can the unnecessary quotes be removed from the title? 72.154.55.98 23:47, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps better to let readers make their own judgments. The news outlets we used as sources yesterday put their headline in the same terms, as it was not possible (beyond the UNRWA statement) to confirm the type of incendiary weapon. If (for example) an analyst from Jane's had looked at a photo and said "definitely white phosphorus", then I would advocate a more confident headline. --InfantGorilla (talk) 08:29, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
