  • Minimal length for a standalone article is 'about three medium-sized paragraphs'; don't think this quite meets that criterion.
  • The Headline doesn't describe the focal news event of this article; it should tell the most important and unique thing about the focal news event.
  • Five sources are listed. That's a lot of sources for a reviewer to read, for such a short article; are they all used? We do have a policy that unused sources should not be listed.

  • After removal of redundant/unverified material, this is back to being very marginal in length (even with the extra bit added after the first review); I could see calling it on either side of the line.

The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
