Sorry I've been away all day at a RL event. I can't get the following to display correctly using the "tl|" to display the nested templates and so I took those out. Get the code below:
Upload the .ogg file to Wikimedia Commons not Wikinews! The file will be called "EN-AWNB-2014-02-28.ogg". In the nested template that follows, replace LENGTH under time with the actual total time. Then use the following description: {{Information

Wikinews Shorts: February 27, 2014[edit]
