I CREATED this drug bribery Philippine scandal. This is the biggest bribery since 1901. Please help in publishing it. Cheers.--Florentino Floro (talk) 08:20, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The P's should be changed to pesos per WN:SG#Currency_codes as ₱ is not a well known symbol. Bawolff 11:54, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, when I wrote the title, this was in my mind, but I do not know how, so with kindness please edit the title, if you may. Happy New Year. Thanks.--Florentino Floro (talk) 11:57, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Actually if its a quote (written quote) we should probably write it as how it is written from wherever we are quoting from (although if its ₱ sign, that symbol isn't supported by all fonts, and might have issues on MSIE). Bawolff 12:05, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The biggest bribery ever[edit]

Since 1901, this attempt is the biggest. Yes, exposed. But the other dwarf this. They never get to media. Billions of pesos change hands. They get search warrant, then buy-bust, and the ending, is cover-up. They commercialize drug deals. The DOJ and prosecutors get the big chunks and PDEA and the Senators. Judges and lawyers get very little.--Florentino Floro (talk) 11:52, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

So many sources[edit]

I am sorry that I had to detail the sources. Since of the many, only one source mentioned the 2 prosecutor Philip Quimpo and Misael Ladaga. These are the principal characters in the done deal. This is a big legal news. Hope they will not have pains in reading the sources.--Florentino Floro (talk) 11:55, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Pres. Arroyo ordered re-opening of P 1 trillion shabu lab dismissed case in La Union[edit]

The Philippines is the biggest manufacturer of shabu in Asia. The modus operandi is: a) the drug cartel and syndicates will open labs here scattered all over, b) when one big lab is caught, there will be incarceration then charges, c) then, cases dismissed, since, unlike personal crimes of murder, rape, etc. Drug cases do not have private complainants, and only corrupt govt. officers are involved. So, about $ billions of bribes are given for the release, d) the ending is these moneys are evenly distributed to election kitty's of barangays, towns, provinces, cities, and ultimately to the main political parties, here Lakas and Kampi of Pres. Arroyo. That is why the image of politico corruption is universal. DRUGS BRIBERY = Elections.

In my short stint as judge in Malabon Manila from Jan. 25, 1999, to July 20,1999 when I was suspended for allegedly consulting dwarfs in decisions, I exposed the big drug problem in Malabon. They countered with dwarfs. They silenced me. We are only 5 judges, and I receive about 15 drug cases a week. Each drug case can be settled in courts for money. But these are small cases. The big ones, worth P 1 trillion are in shabu labs. So, court personnel are like rats who scramble for bribe moneys: to release or reduce bail or to acquit the accused.
Here in my town Malolos, Bulacan, in 26 court salas, and in the nearby Provincial Jail, there is overcrowding because of shabu cases. Jails are like sardine cans. In the Phil. Department of Justice and PDEA, the lawyers or prosecutors can earn fortunes in just one case. IN FINE, you will not believe that shabu now, in Philippines, costs much more than cocaine. Happy 2009 New Year[edit]

All I ask, this New Year, is kindness, since I am just one month here, and as lawyer and judge, without any single subject or elective in AB Communications or journalism, and since my legal language is thousands apart from journalism, I beg the indulgence of reviewers to be more patient with my copy vios and backing, and many sources - not to be annoyed so to speak, I am trying my best. At the very least, I have TIME to learn more from all of your and our collaborations.

I had revised this with updated Jan 1 link and dec 31 link. Hope this pass now. Please review, Cheers.--Florentino Floro (talk) 09:52, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
