I'm not so happy with the full name (though this is somewhat review independent) - I'm guessing we don't have a hard and fast rule for this, but seeing he's only a suspect so far (admittedly with a high likelyhood him being the shooter), I'd rather not state it in full (hmm - though with the other info, then only no name would make halfway any sense...)
