A number of facts here I did not find in the sources at all, including some direct quotes; I suspect a source may have been left off the list. If I'd been able to review this much earlier I'd have simply not-ready'd, but there is really no time left on the clock now, so I have choose between cutting ruthlessly to salvage what remains, or not-ready'ing with awareness it would pass the far horizon of its freshness window before anything could be done.
It would have been good to say what the publisher said about why they were withdrawing it.
This is about as far as I could go without disqualifying myself; and if I went this far on a regular basis I feel I'd need to tighten my criteria further.
