All facts must be verified by the sources, except the obvious — and our standards for obviousness are quite high. A canonical example is "Paris is in France".
I don't ask for verification that Parti Québécois is separatist (facepalm), and the Liberal position on tuition increase is sourced, but I failed to verify from the sources most of the parties' positions on either tuition increases or separatism.
Didn't find in the sources that he's been premier since 2003. Wikipedia says so, but of course Wikipedia isn't itself a trust-worthy source (though it may cite trust-worthy sources that are therefore useable here).
I'm unclear on whether it's possible to deduce from the sources that the topic of his meeting with the Lieutenant Governor was dropping the writ and dissolving parliament; my understanding of this type of government doesn't tell me this (I'm in the US, where we use a different flavor of insane government).
Didn't see in the sources that there'd been media speculation (did I miss it somewhere?), so would be inclined to simply delete the first five words of the lede.
The bit about "uncertain whether he will continue" is at best borderline analysis/editorial (we don't do those, per WN:NPOV); it suggests there have been one or more previous elections for Charest but no uncertainty, which take literally should be impossible and, in any case, if there is anything in the sources about previous elections for Charest, I missed it.
If possible, please address the above issues then resubmit the article for another review (by replacing {{tasks}} in the article with {{review}}). This talk page will be updated with subsequent reviews.
