I did look up UPDATE 2, for perspective; it wasn't hard to find by searching the internet for the old headline (including "UPDATE 2"), as there are usually some places that syndicated the earlier version and didn't update.
I wondered about some points regarding the headline, but decided they were fine.
whether it's neutral to describe Haftar as a "renegade"; but after reading up on his role in the godawful mess over there, the word choice seems pretty objective really.
whether the claim of responsibility was really a key point, since Haftar's people and the Operation Dawn people agree on who's responsible; but I see the government says they're not sure. Indeed, one gathers it's hard to be sure of anything.
