I can't access the Al Arabiya website (neither the English nor the Arab) at present. The source citation listed AFP as the publisher, which is incorrect: the publisher would be Al Arabiya, while AFP would be the syndicate, listed in the "author" field. However, I've found a reference on-line that suggests (while reproducing only most of the first sentence) that it might actually be syndicated from Reuters rather than AFP. Either way, I can't find the source. Here's the citation as submitted:
