Talk:Spider-Man to save Obama's Inauguration Day in upcoming Marvel comic
I CREATED this Obama mania Wackynews, prefatory to the dire trials of the Obama Presidency. Like in Greek drama and comedy which I studied in 1973, there is deus ex machina, euphoria, wacky business, monkey business and dire Omen. Hope he passes through. Please help in publishing this. I think those standards should be reduced. News... News travels how?
It travels by word of mouth. If this site won't allow people to speak, or report, then it will have only reporters who "speak" sourced-speak. That speak is not news.

Headline[edit]
I don't like the headline: it gives the impression that the comic will be published on Inauguration Day, and is endorsed by the transition team.
The reader has to read deep into the story to realize the comic is about Inauguration Day, but is published a week ahead, and that it is not a part of the official inauguration day celebrations.
I think you could make some tweaks to the headline and opening paragraphs to make it easier for the naive reader.

- Thanks for making my suggestions concrete. Though I think: "The issue is not official merchandise of the US Democratic Party, Obama campaign, the Obama-Biden Transition Project, or White House" is a little over the top, I can't think of a more low key way to express the independence of Marvel Comics. --InfantGorilla (talk) 18:26, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

IImagine the comic book writer is not from the South.Otherwise he would know it is spell "Ya'll" not Ya.
