COPYEDIT THEN PUBLISH!

These changes should have been made immediately prior to any review of this. Can't expect newbies to know them, but reviewers should:

1. Sort all sources Newest at top, oldest at bottom
2. Dates per WN:SG
3. Make sure there is at least one top-level topical category
4. Name source publications to link to the most appropriate Wikipedia article (here, w:BBC News Online)
