Notes[edit]

OK. I read various sources on this meeting and their intrepretations of the press conference. It made it very hard for me to be neutral if I were to pick and choose from what sources said. Who am to say what was important what was not. Why should I choose one pundit's comment over another. It was too hard. So what I did instead was to reprint their statements in their entirety (not a copy-vio since it is a White House release). I interspersed some pictures of the actual event and highlighted a few statements. If you don't like those highlights, pick some others to put into the QuoteLeft and QuoteRight templates. But pick them from the statements. Besides the introduction, this is just a report on what the two leaders said. No intrepretations or judgements being made. --SVTCobra 00:57, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No other news outlet does this for you ... they all pick and choose what they think you should hear. --SVTCobra 01:15, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
because reporting faithfully what is said is the job of an archive, such as Wikisource, not that of a news outlet. –Doldrums(talk) 04:33, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Touché ... truth is I was getting tired and it was just easier ... less thinking. Thanks for fixing it up. --SVTCobra 15:58, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
