Had significant verification problems with some background material here. The self-description of Hacked Off (found by navigating from the Hacked Off source) plus ambient references eventually satisfied me it was created following the Dowler business, but nothing I found, even in Wikinews articles not listed in Related news, verified the other people listed as having been revealed prior to the formatino of Hacked Off to have had their phones hacked. I removed that list altogether. I couldn't do the same with the description of Hugh Grant, even though I couldn't verify it at all, because without it there would be no explanation for why Hugh Grant's opinion has any place in a news article; stretching my reviewer's license about as far as I could, I replaced it with a straightforward fact about Grant listed by The Guardian in its page about him as an article author.
I also didn't draw on two of the listed sources, in which I failed to find anything unique: 'three days' Guardian article, and The Week article. I left them on the list, in case I missed something.
The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
