Neither mentions anything being diagnosed in 2008. One of them does mention saying bad things about Beyonce, but says she said she was joking, nothing about drug-induced dementia. Comments by reviewer: The one source that mentions Alzheimer's says her son said she'd been fighting it since 2009; that's a different year, difference nuance, and would call for attribution — if that's where the information is actually from. Much of the third paragraph, I failed to find in the sources — it's solid she had a heroin addiction, and had "many trips to rehab" (NYT), but I didn't find legal problems related to the addiction, support for "continuously", nor Tarzana. Given this is a very short item (claiming to be based on a far larger pile of source material), I see no merit in trying to cut out the problem material and publish the resulting even shorter item. The recommended approach synthesis is to start with a definite set of trust-worthy sources, list them, and stick to them. It certainly seems as if you still haven't listed all the sources of information, which seems pretty strange since (as I've mentioned) you've selected a very small total amount of information, compared to quite a lot of information in the sources you've listed thus far.
