Unlicensed photos

Photos like File:2018 Bangalore ComicCon (media) 204.jpg and File:2018 Bangalore ComicCon (media) 180.jpg are unlicensed at the moment. What to do about them? --George Ho (talk) 00:20, 30 November 2018 (UTC)

Primary goal is to get the article published. Media can be re-licensed when and where I want.

@Acagastya: Photos need fair use justification for local upload. I assumed that would be forthcoming. If they have to be deleted for lack of fair-use rationale, it'll be a mess. --Pi zero (talk) 05:27, 30 November 2018 (UTC)
