- I played around with the template a bit in the sandbox, and it appears as though the template isn't configured to recognise the word "million" and instead displays it in thousands of thousands - not optimal. I'm no good at wiki-markup, i don't know what needs to be changed in the template to correct this. Tempodivalse [talk] 14:23, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
- The "|units=" is confusing. It actually means the unit your provided monetary values are expressed in, so {{money|RUB|10|GBP|0.207800|units=million}} produces rouble10 million (£0.21 million). Something odd in the template(s) causes an unwanted line break, and (look at the source for this page) it isn't recognising the closing bold. --Brian McNeil / talk 14:34, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
- Currently the units calculator only converts by a max of three decimal places. Ideally it would do more and than people would not have to specify units. I'm not sure how to fix the line breaks at the moment (and don't have time to track it down atm), but it appears to be a problem with {{Money/ISO 4217}} inserting extra newlines (play with it in special:expandTemplates to see.) - Issue described above (with newlines) should be fixed. Also do we want a space after currency name (US$200 vs US$ 200)? Styeguide seems to say say no space. Bawolff ☺☻ 19:02, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
