Strong Independant woman
And even if I had not read about them, you have conveniently provided links. Except that Polycystic ovarian cancer leads to a page stating that Wikipedia does not have an article Polycystic ovarian cancer, try Ovarian Cancer. Indeed why don’t we discuss the increased breast cancer, coronary disease, and deep vein thrombosis that are also associated with the use of contraceptives. Bet that medical argument becomes irrelevant real quick for you.
And it has nothing to do with the claim that Sandra Fluke is anything other than an Anti Roman Catholic Bigot begging Uncle Sugar to force, at the point of a gun, people to conform to her, and no doubt your, ideology. And who is 30 years and can’t seem to take care of herself. All the while coming from a fairly well off back ground. If the argument is that medical conditions that can be treated by birth control in some cases make should make it mandatory for all woman to be provided birth control, well, that has nothing to do with your argument about Sandra Fluke. Besides, it is a straw man argument. In a case where a doctor determines there is a medical need for the prescription other than birth control, it is covered. As well, any medical condition which might occur could then be used to justify the Government to say you must provide all of your employees with Medical Insurance because they may get (insert Latin name for any medical condition here). Which in fact is an argument before the Supreme Court right now. None of which addresses the issue that the President cannot implement a tax on his own, which is what he is trying to do. Nor does it change the fact that what is really going on is the Democrat Party is buying votes with candy that they expect others to pay for.
And the fact they, the Democrats, believe that there are enough human beings of voting age that are so incompetent at taking care of themselves and thus willing to sell their votes, and their liberty as free people, in exchange for some bennies, without considering the real cost to themselves is their Liberty. Serfs.
"Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." Benjamin Franklin
If you go and research the quote it is exactly what Franklin was talking about. Giving up the responsibility of being a free person in order to obtain the safety and guarantees that a lord or master will provide for your needs deserves the bondage they end up in.
You're referring to only one form of birth control, but there are many others. And FYI, my apologies, the link should have been Polycystic ovary syndrome.
Yes I was referring to the form of birth control which some in the Medical community believe helps prevent Polycystic ovarian cancer and Endometriosis, or Menorrhagia. But again, your evading the point, likely because you know it does not excuse the idea that a "strong independent woman" demanding others take care of her is silly.
Ah, so you're ignoring the fact that there are multiple different forms of birth control, not just, "the pill"? How convenient for your argument! :)
Not at all, I was answering your argument which was pro having someone else take care of you. And I am not the one that ignores all forms of birth control. Ever heard of not having sex, and maybe throw in wait until you’re financially able to afford birth control. But the when you ignore the personal responsibility aspect of life and being an adult, I guess that is the way to roll. Sad that in the 21st century some woman still need a man to take care of their needs. Good luck with Uncle Sugar Daddy.

Unfortunately, 75.143.155.3, "not having sex, and maybe throw in wait until you’re financially able to afford birth control" — this totally ignores medical conditions such as Menorrhagia.
It also ignores TB, Yellow Fever, and Penile Thrombosis. My point is your argument Menorrhagia does not change the fact that the President lacks the authority to pass a tax through regulatory agencies. That the first amendment prohibits the compulsion of an act which violates moral conscious of an individual and oh yeah, your right to anything ends at the right of others to due process when it comes to their property. Any questions.? You are really stuck on Menorrhagia. And if you paid more attention to the article you cited in wikipedia, you would know the risk factors for Menorrhagia are: • Obesity • Anovulation • Estrogen administration (without progestogens) • Prior treatment with progestational agents or oral contraceptives increases the risk of endometrial atrophy, but decreases the risk of endometrial hyperplasia or neoplasia
Sounds like the risk of oral contraceptives might well balance the out the benefits. Because I had to deal with after my wife stayed on oral contraceptives to long, but that is neither here nor there, because I paid for them. You want to discuss the risks of Norplant? In spite of which they were emplaced in teen girls in England without the consent of the Girls or their parents. You know, lower class types who breed too much. You only have to read some of the garbage out of the left and planned parenthood to understand where all of this going, from a right, to an obligation. And serfs always have to oblige by the wishes of their Lord and Master.
I really don't care what you do, but I have no wish to be involved, please do not drag me into your "private affairs" by demanding I help pay for it. Or try to drag me and mine into serfdom with you.
Again, you seem to be ignoring other forms of contraceptives, other than oral contraceptives, such as Intrauterine device.
